This leather comes from the oldest of the American tanneries.
 It comes from the rump of the horse. It comes from vegetable tanning, during which it is impregnated with oil for 6 to 9 months. It is therefore relatively waterproof and flexible.
 It is a high-end leather, generally as expensive as the so-called exotic leathers.
Shell Cordovan  is used in conjunction with major shoe brands.
 Its touch is smooth, soft, a little greasy and very tight. It is extremely durable and strong.
 It has a smooth grain, and a density that makes a typical fleece inlaid seam.
 Different colors are available:
 Burgundy, black, brown, cognac and gold
 It is a supple and fatty tanning. With great water resistance. Being fat at heart. and smooth with a nearly waterproof surface.
 It immediately takes shape on the wrist.
 Its initial thickness is suitable for dress watches. It can also be made with a thickness corresponding to larger boxes.
 Very flexible, it allows different combinations, whether it is a flat or convex / reinforced shape.
 
 It is easily cleaned with a brush and glycerine soap (or, failing that, Marseille soap).
 And it is maintained with colorless wax (accessories section)
